Retreat includes 3 meals per day, daily yoga classes, posture clinics,  lectures on various health issues. There will be time for excursions and time to rest, relax and connect . This retreat will also include a special segment/lecture on pregnancy with Rajashree and Dr. Doreen Wiggins.

2:30pm-3:30pm Lecture with Rajashree on 8 Fold Path by Patanjali and how it affects your yoga practice and your life

3:30pm-4:30pm Posture Alignment Presentation Part 1 and Posture Clinic with Rajashree and Mary Ann
